Nothin’ Fancy is a six-time winner of the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music Association’s Entertainers of the Year award.

Summer music camp registration for band, strings and harp students is now underway at the Alexandria Campus of Northern Virginia Community College. The camp takes place in July with an extended-day jazz camp available.

Having honed their live skills through decades of touring, both bands’ energetic and hit-filled performances kept the audience on their feet for over three hours.

The preshow begins at 5:45 p.m., with the NOVA Idol band, The Texas Chainsaw Horns. At 6:45 p.m., the Beat Your Feet/Kings (dancers) will take the stage. The featured event starts at 7 p.m.
