Nothin’ Fancy Will Play Bluegrass Music in Manassas
The Bull Run Unitarian Universalist congregation will host bluegrass favorite, Nothin’ Fancy, for a concert on Friday, Dec. 11.
Nothin’ Fancy is a six-time winner of the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music Association’s Entertainers of the Year award. The group recently signed with Mountain Fever Records, and its newest recording, “By Any Other Name,” is currently on the Billboard bluegrass charts.
The group has also hosted their own “Nothin’ Fancy Bluegrass Festival” every year since 2001 in Buena Vista, Virginia.
Bull Run Unitarian Universalist congregation is located at 9350 Main Street in Old Town Manassas.
Tickets cost $20, and the show is all ages, general admission. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and the show begins at 7 p.m.

The building is a non-smoking venue. Open parking is available in and around Old Town Manassas, including the city garage a couple of blocks away. There is one handicapped space in front of the building.
