MEC Student Wins Scholarship

Marjan Ramaraju

Marjan Ramaraju, a student at the Medical Education Campus of Northern Virginia Community College, was one of only 50 medical laboratory technician students in the United States to receive the prestigious Siemens-ASCP $1,000 scholarship.

Ramaraju was selected due to her cumulative grade point average, professional goals, leadership ability and community involvement.
