NOVA student wins Marine Corps scholarship

Scholarships were presented to the students by Gen. James Amos, assistant commandant of the Marine Corps; Carlton Kent, sergeant major of the Marine Corps; and Associate Assistant Deputy Secretary of Education, Scott D. Pearson. The event called attention to the critical need for public-private partnerships to support education initiatives for military families.
