Virginia Colleges Named “Best Value” by Forbes

Eleven Virginia universities have been named to Forbes 2016 list of 300 Best Value Schools, including five that made the top 50.

The Virginia schools among the top 50 were Charlottesville-based University of Virginia (No. 19); Williamsburg-based the College of William and Mary (No. 22); Blacksburg-based Virginia Tech (No.29); and Lexington-based Washington and Lee University and Virginia Military Institute (Nos. 32 and 44, respectively). The No. 1 college on the list was the University of California, Berkeley.
